Karnataka: Former Union Minister tests positive for coronavirus

Mangaluru: Veteran Congress leader and former Union Minister from Bantwal has tested positive for Coronavirus.

The Ex Minister and his wife have both tested positive and are admitted to a private hospital in the city, official sources said on Sunday.

Minister's eldest son has posted on social media, "Father is Well, Father was subjected to Covid test on Saturday and the reports have come positive. He has been admitted to a private hospital in the city. He is well and does not have corona symptoms. There is no need to worry".
