Housemaid's daughter who topped SSLC (Urdu) in Bhatkal wants to be a Hafiza and a Doctor

Bhatkal: A Housemaid Bibi Zarina's daughter Bibi Asma, who is from a poor family has scored 121 in Urdu, 93 in English, 94 in Kannada, 79 in Science, 94 in Mathematics and 89 in Social Sciences and set herself in the top position in Bhatkal SSLC results in Urdu medium. 

Bibi Asma, who scored 570 out of 625 marks in Urdu Medium stream of Class X Exam of secondary school leaving certificate (SSLC), aspires to do be a Doctor and also become a Hifz-e-Quraan (Memorizing the entire holy Quran)

Asma is a student of Anjuman Girls Urdu High School, Basti Road in Bhatkal. On this occasion she has praised all her school teachers, mother and friends.

"My mother go for daily work and teachers always helped me and encouraged me," she said, adding that her dream was to become Doctor and want to memorize the Holy book of Islam i.e Qur'an.
