Bhatkal boy develops low-cost automated sanitiser dispenser

Bhatkal: A Bhatkali student at P.A. Polytechnic College, Mangaluru, has designed a low-cost automatic sanitiser dispenser, which can be installed easily in offices and public places for hand sanitation.

Muhammad Suhail, a native of Bhatkal in Uttara Kannada, who designed the gadget, has already supplied it to two Mosques of Bhatkal.

The first automatic dispenser was handed over to the management of Jamia Masjid, Bhatkal on Wednesday, followed with another to Khalifa Jamia Masjid.

The automatic hand sanitizer dispenser designed and developed by Muhammad Suhail, was sponsored by P.A. Educational Trust, Mangaluru. 

According to Suhail, the new gadget will be especially useful during the COVID times.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor at P A College of Engineering, Prof. Muhammad Avvad graced the student for his unique innovation.
