'Showcase your talent globally with hijab' - Fathima Muzaffer asks women at Anjuman centenary celebration event

Bhatkal: An exclusively ladies' program which held on 6th January, Monday, to mark Anjuman's centenary celebrations'inaugural event concluded on a high note here at Anjumanabad, Bhatkal.

Present as the chief guest in the event, Member of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Fathima Muzaffer, lauded Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen for its glorious 100 years and prayed Allah Almighty to for its further initiatives. She also praised Bhatkal for the peaceful atmosphere here and appreciated the communal harmony of the town. She further gave an inspirational talk to the audience explaining how to achieve success in life and hereafter according to Islamic. She asked to cultivate good habits and walk on the path which is permissible in Islam so that the deeds done in this world will evaluate the life hereafter.

"Hijab is not a hurdle for us, instead it is to cover our body. We need to showcase our talents globally with hijab", she noted.

Dr Savita Kamat, the anesthesiologist at Bhatkal government hospital, who was present as the guest of honour, in her address to the audience, said, she is a proud alumnus of Anjuman and praised the efforts of Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen for its successful journey in completing 100 years. She explained about the difficulties she faced in her life to pursue education. She thanked all her faculties who had put their efforts for her success, which has given a potential to stand on Anjuman Centenary celebration's stage.

The guests in the event included Nasreen Zaheer, lead HRBP CS, Mphasis Ltd. 

The program was presided by Rabiya w/o Usman Hassan Jubapu, a former teacher of Anjuman girls high school.

On this occasion, Staff of anjuman for their long-serving academic  and rank, holding students were felicitated.

Around thousands of ladies attended the event, which concluded at 5 PM.

Convenor for AHMS centenary cerebration, Seema Kasimiji, Raisa Shaikh, Dr. Farzana Mohtesham and many others were present.
