Unknown body of a man found in Murdeshwar has been identified

Bhatkal: An unknown body which was found near a crusher at Murdeshwar railway station on Sunday has finally been identified by the mobile found near the body. Murdeshwar Police informed that the deceased has been identified as Shivkumar Gangappa (26), a resident of Davangere.

He was employed in a private firm in Bengaluru. Family members told police that due to some internal family issue, he left the house few days back.

Police said that they found an empty poison bottle which was also found near the dead body, which lead them to conclude the case by declaring it as  suicide which was committed by consuming poison.

Further investigations by Murdeshwar police are on.
