Moving car catches fire on Kumta NH-66; no casualties

Kumta: In a shocking incident, moving car turned into ashes after it came under the influence of a huge fire on Divgi bridge NH-66 on the northern outskirts of the town.

Luckily, no passengers in the car were injured. The car is a Goa registered vehicle. Short circuit is suspected as the reason for the flame to blow out.

As the information was alerted, fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot and were successful in extinguishing the fire.
