Dakshina Kannada SVEEP committee launches various initiatives for election campaign

Mangaluru: As a part of generating voting awareness among the citizens of the district, the Dakshina Kannada district SVEEP (Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Programme) committee has come up with many initiatives to assure maximum polling percentage.

Addressing the press release, DK Zilla Panchayat CEO Selvamani informed that SVEEP committee has launched many initiatives this time to increase polling percentage in the district. The initiatives include Walkathon of 18 Kms, Cyclothan, Sand sculpture and Kite festival. The demo on voting has already been started at Malls in various locations in the district. 

"Pink booth, ethnic booth, tribal friend booth along with senior citizen friendly booth will be arranged this time", he added.
