CMC staff caught taking bribe in Karwar

Karwar: City Muncipality Council staff was caught red-handed when he was taking a bribe during a raid conducted by ACB, here at Karwar on Tuesday, 11th September.

The accused is identified as Ullas.

He was charged for demanding four thousand rupees as a bribe from a person named Sandesh Naik, in order to get some of his official documents from the office. 

The raid was conducted by ACB DySP Girish and the team.
