Bhatkal Sports Cricket Academy emerge Champions in KSCA ‘4th’ Div League Cricket tournament in Hubballi

Bhatkal: Bhatkal Sports Cricket Academy emerged Champions in Karnataka State Cricket Association’s 4th’ Division League Cricket tournament by beating Tanaji Sports Academy Hubballi in finals by 52 runs at KSCA Cricket Stadium, Hubballi on Sunday.

This is the first time in history, in which Bhatkal represent Karnataka State Cricket Association league matches and emerged as winner. Bhatkalsports academy is apart of which manged a records. 

Bhatkalsports won the toss and had elected to bat first, giving an innings target of 127 to Tanaji Sports Academy Hubballi. Unable to chase, Tanaji were bundle out for 74 in 22.3 overs with top score by Ravi Shirugar (29 runs in 34 balls). Muhammed Arif  bagged three wickets by conceding 12 runs in 4.3 overs. Arif was supported by Waseem Beary  (7/2) and Imran Kundunguda (14/2). Earlier, Bhatkalsports managed to score 126 for nine in 30 overs. Aouf SM (22 off 33 balls) and Aejaz Ahmed (22 notout off 23 balls) lead Bhatkal to 126. Swaroop J took four wickets for Hubballi.
